গল্পঃ How My Mother Taught Me to Save and Value Money When I was younger, I thought money came easily. But one summer, I saw a beautiful dollhouse in a store for 850 Taka. I begged my mother to buy it, but she said if I really wanted it, I’d have to save for it myself. She gave me a small clay piggy bank and helped me plan ways to earn money, like doing extra chores and helping our neighbor carry groceries. She also promised to add 20 Taka for every 100 Taka I saved. It was hard not to spend my money on snacks or toys, but my mother taught me to ask myself if I really needed something or just wanted it. After six weeks, I broke open my piggy bank and had enough. I proudly bought the dollhouse with my savings. That day, I learned that saving and working hard made things feel more special. Now, I still use my clay piggy bank to save for important things. It’s a lesson I’ll always remember.
