One day, my mother bought me a clay money bank and said, “If you can fill this up, I’ll give you a special gift.” Tempted by the promise of a reward, I started saving little by little. Over time, the bank slowly filled up. When it was finally full, my mother added some money of her own and bought me a bicycle. That bicycle wasn’t just a gift. It was the first reward of my savings. And from that moment on, I fell in love with the idea of saving. That habit, once started with a small clay bank, has stayed with me ever since.
